ABOUT ME
I have a passion for sports and have been a Martial Artist for 25 years, in the arts of Muay Thai Kickboxing and Filipino Martial Arts. I am also a naturally caring person and find it extremely rewarding helping others out of their pain and discomfort and getting them back to doing the things they love.
I am currently studying towards a Movement Therapy Diploma, during which time I have already qualified as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. Through my studies I have found have found a particular interest in Pain Science and the Biopsychosocial Model.
I am experienced in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, providing tailored massages and prescribing self-help exercise to address specific concerns such as muscle tension, injury recovery, and performance optimisation, all to meet the individual needs of the client.
In addition to my technical knowledge and experience, I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I understand the importance of building strong client relationships and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. I am committed to maintaining a professional, compassionate, and ethical approach to massage therapy. I am an affiliate member of the Sports Therapy Association.
Furthermore, my deep love for sports and physical fitness has given me a unique perspective and a strong understanding of the needs of athletes and active individuals.
